Ticket Management in HubSpot

Now that your account is active, you can receive and manage support tickets directly on HubSpot.

Here's how the process works and what you need to do step by step.

Each time you are assigned a new ticket, you will receive an email notification with all the details.

To view the ticket, you can click directly on the link you received by email, otherwise by one of the methods already seen in this guide.

Once you have logged in, you should find yourself directly in the Tickets section. 

In any case, it is always available by following these steps:

  • Click on ‘CRM’ - icon representing a person
  • Click on Tickets

You can access the ticket and view all information by clicking on it.
