After completing the work, you will have to photograph or scan the paper report with the summary of the work performed and upload it directly to the ticket.
How to upload the report photo:
- Open the ticket on HubSpot.
- Scroll down to the Notes section.
- Click on Create Note.
- Attach a photo of the paper report.
- Press Save.
Important: Make sure the photo is clear and legible, so that all information about the intervention is easily accessible.
